A lot of bus companies connect the Airport Catania Fontanarossa to the main sicilian cities. Catania is connected by "Alibus" (website only in italian language) from AMT urban lines (bus number 457). The bus stops are at the departure and at the arrival terminals. On average there is a bus every 20 minutes. The bus stops at Catania Centrale train station. Tickets (price 1 €, 2010) are sold inside the airport at shops with the AMT ticket labels. They can be used for 90 minutes on all urban buslines. A lot of other sicilian destinations are connected by different companies. The bus station is located nearby the arrival terminal (exiting the terminal turn to the right and pass the old closed airport terminal). Tickets are sold at the ticket stand or directly on the bus.
