Getting from Syracuse to Fontane Bianche beach by train

Fontane Bianche, about 9 miles southern from Syracuse is among the favourite beaches in the area, from locals and tourists for the crystalline water and golden sand. It's also a summer base for many tourists in the summer thanks to the hotels, B&B and apartments which are located there. Due to the distance from the town a car or public transport is needed to arrive there. There are two bus lines which connect Syracuse and Fontane Bianche (nr. 21 and 22 from Ast). Unfortunately at present, the local busses' service quality is very poor: few busses, often late and crowded with people during the summer months.
